Hehe, That's for sure :D

Mirco de Govia's remix was good but I wouldn't say it raped Ronski Speed's remix b/c his remix was also quality, rape was way too strong of a word to use. Don't forget about Mirco's vocal remix which was compared to Ronski's remix. I'm pretty sure that if Ronski did a dub it would easily sound just as good as Mirco's dub. Go back to your old collection and listen to how mirco's vocal mix (not the dub) used too much vocals and wasn't nearly as good as the only remix Ronski did which also used vocals, only less lyrics. I'm not trying to take anything away from Mirco De Govia b/c he's a good producer, but so is Ronski and to compare a vocal remix to a dub isn't fair, because in most cases TA members will choose the dub because most of the TA members are not huge fans of vocals.

So a fair comparison would be Ronski Speed's remix (vocals) with the remix Mirco did which he used the vocals. I'd have to clearly give it to Ronski on that one, just listen to how Mirco overusage of the vocals, but Ronski kept only the descent sounding lyrics and vocals(The main hook/chorus).

A good new example would be the new Elevation remix to Armin Van Buuren's shivers. Yeah, shivers sucked IMO, but Dj Elevation impressed me with his remix because he chose to only keep the main chorus which was o.k. and keep out the cheesy written lyrics in the song. That's the same formula Ronski followed with his remix of Sun Decade's I'm alone.

Well. Mirco de Govias wonderful Dub Mix is a classic tune too me. I've always preferred it before Ronski Speed's remix and dub mix. Both Vocal Mixes suck, That's for sure.

I've always loved MDG Dub Mix and it's always been the best one too me ;)

OT: Really nice too see that some Yugoslavs likes trance :D

I guess we just had different opinions on the remixes b/c Ronski's and Mirco's styles are a little different but I've always been a big fan of both of them. By the way theres a couple of other TA members from Former Yugoslavia but your the first and only one I've seen from New Guinea. Anyway it's important for people to express their throughts and different views on current state of EDM in a civilized matter as me and zoric just did. If more TA members would start responding to posts in such a way, there wouldn't be so many posts that flame one another.

no even Mircos vocal remix was better than Ronskis remix. it got nothing to do with the vocals. It's all the rest, the buildup, the crescendo and the melodies. they are all so much better in Mircos remix with or without vocals.
I'm not saying that Ronski made a bad remix. It's just not that special.

buy it @ online store or at a download store. if you like uplifting trance from euphonic or anjuna you will love his mixes. his mixing is very good and the stuff on this cd is great and some tracks aren't on any other compilations to date.

Amazon.de has this listed as coming out on "Sony BMG" -- yes that's the same Sony that is now famous world-wide for their "Rootkit" DRM scheme. Can anyone verify this, and if so -- will it have any DRM on it? If it does I will not be buying it. I was planning on getting it.

Gerry Mulligan - Jeru
Dexter Gordon - Manhattan Symphonie

Also, Sony has now announced that it will stop making CDs with the rootkit on - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/4430608.stm
