wouldn't it just be better to do it like this, then all u hav 2 do is put in spaces:

easier to just press SPACE BAR than it is to press BACKSPACE, then SPACE, then - then SPACE and on and on and on and on......

Man, some of you guys took this WAYYYYYY to seriously....
Juricimo was just stating how it's annoying, he's not making a big stink about it (not "complaining" as someone put it), was just trying to start a conversation on a topic we all know about!

on that note, i like and have been using what boy_luke suggested..... just no spaces (ex. DJTiesto-UrbanTrain.mp3) for me, thats a lot easier :)

i dont see direct downloads given by you? maybe u should post ur own before complaining about the way others to there, i add _'s yes they are annoying, but there is no other way apart from crammingthewholelottogetherwhichasreadingthisbecomesveryannoying. u get downloads for free, and to spent 5 secs a track renaming is nothing, sorry to be a kill joy but to even make a thread complaining about this is pathetic, sure others feel the same, flame away if you wish. sorry. |

I never mentioned anything about Direct Downloads, so for you to bring that up and bitch how i dont offer direct downloads is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT to the statement i was trying to make (and dont say it isnt)
u say my thread is pathetic???? it's something that everyone who downloads music knows about, it's NEVER been posted before, there are obviously others who posted here that feel as i do, and as far as i'm concerned your complaining about my thoughts about this is quite pathetic

last,i was not aware that this is something you might have to do in order to offer a song for a download, that's all....
but i agree with boy_luke_y2k and ABT that one can easily rip a track and have it look like this ---> Artist-TrackName(ArtistRemix)...seems lot cleaner imo....

Well, Juricimo...
Without even realizing it, you just did something very bad for the TA forums...
The name of your thread was a very long one word that browsers can't break up into separate lines, so the window is forced to expand horizontally. That makes the whole forum very hard to read, you gotta use the scrollbar all the time and deal with re-draws. And it's all because of your thread!!!

LoL @ concept.... but my browser didn't do that. My browser acted normally....
you have to select "word wrap", and it wraps the text (no matter what) to fit the window size you have created on your browser. its somewhere up on the menubar at the top of your browser.

Some of you people bitch way too much.
Spaces just leave more room for error when linking to files - whether there are one too many spaces or not. With the way I name files you always know it's Artist_Name-Song_Name-(Mix_Name)-REL_GROUP-www_tranceaddict_com.mp3. It'll always be like this, so get used to it.

Which is why all rip groups use the underscores too, less margin for error, annoying maybe, but it would be more annoying if u could not DL a file cos u forgot to put a space in.
