I have made a purchase with www.dmf.co.uk, but they have not e-mailed me about the order. So naturally, I e-mailed them about my status. After a few days, no reply. So I e-mailed them again... still no replies.
I'm getting a bit worried here 'cos I have been purchasing records online for a long time but never had such encounter of such.
I would like to know if anyone have dealt with them and wonder is it normal for them not to reply or confirm your order? Please let me know as I am getting from worried to pissed off.....

Hah! What the hell...? I have been informed by a guy from another msg board that he ordered stuff from there months ago and the products did not even arrive at his doorstep.
I had this gut feeling that this company has some stuck-up attitude....... anyways, I e-mailed to cancel the order.. I do not expect a reply anyways.... |
