VerY abusing and mean security at guvernment lastnite

I had incidents with these guys before but this time it was the most dissappointing one.
lastnite (sat) around 2:30 i decided to go for a spin in the club , so I went upstair to the drink and i completly forgut i can't have glowsticks till 4:30 up there.
So i go there sit infornt of the washroom and my glowsticks were in my hands but weren't even dancing with them! and this security bitch comes to me and grabs one of them ,and she goes like :
The bitch: you can't have these in here,give me the other one
me: oh im sorry i completly forgut about it ,i m gonna go to the guvernment rite now,can you just give it to me?
The stupid bitch: GIVE it to me MAN! i SAieD GIVE IT TO ME!
and i just gave the other one to her and walked out as i was complaining.
But Really I just can't believe how mean and looser some people are.
She could just ask me to leave!,but probably she needed them for herself!
Such a dissappointment indeed! :( |

lol thats not as bad as one time 2 bouncers 6+ ft tall pull me to the side in the patio once and then pull my pockets inside out looking for "stuff", and they couldnt find any cos i didnt HAVE any...as tehy walk away

sorry to hear of your experience...
i would end up at guv a lot more often than i do now if the security was a bit more respectful. Don't get me wrong, I luv the sound there esp. in Guv and they have excellent decor :) but i have heard bouncers yelling and screaming orders at people pretty much everytime I have been there in the past. I realize that they have a difficult job, what with the capacity and all. but is that necessary?
This is one area where BOA wins huge points with partiers. Guv should pay attention to this....:nervous: |

if u had to put up with idiots all night you dont tend to have patience. Not saying that the above poster is an idiot, but after a full night you tend not to see a difference.
If someone has glow sticks and refuses to hand them over, they are going to get pissed off.
Having said that, a good security staffer has more patience than that. However i agree that she was doing her job.
Glow sticks are cheeze anyways

ya i did but I swear i didn't mean to and i was really goin to take them downstair.And I saied sorry to her too!
after that i went to buy another pair of sticks so i lost 8$!
indeed guv has a darkside when it comes to the bouncers and securities and also some of the bartenders.
You don't believe this but i gut a glass of water for 1$ but it's supposed to be for free righte?..the in bitch charged me for nothing!
People just wanna take advatage of others,and it's really sad! |

you mean the club would be safer if i didn't take my sticks to the drinks? or would it be unsafe if she was nice and would give them back to me?
I didn't refuse that much anyways but it really pissed me off |

i had an incident last night too. The guys inside are cool as always . But the black dude by the id check is NOT COOL.. when we were coming in we had two friends get inline for us, when we got there the black guy ran up to us and told us to go to the back of the line...
So that got me pretty pissed, for a minute or two, then I was cool again...
P.S. we had no trouble waiting in line the wholeway but we decided to go without our coats, so we wouldnt have to use the coat checks because of the wait.
In the end we ended up waiting in the stupid line in our shirts.

i had no problems wityh bouncers las night....they were good to me, but i had the unfortunate pleasure of asking a very rude bartender who decided he was gonna go on a power trip and bitch at me after i very politely asked him for a cup of water. he freaked out and told me to get the outta here....i wasnt gonna have any of it, so i just backed off and decided it wasnt wrth making a big stink
dude if i treated the customers at my work with even a 10th of the disrespect that bartender showed me it would be my ing ass. goddamn, ppl come there to have a good time and forget about there troubles, stress whatever..... not to get more stress and anxiety. |
