click pop removal software???

I don't know whats going on ...but i did a new mix and recorded it to cd and some breaks i hear some small click or pops...where there coming from i dunno ...its not the vinyl.....i think it maybe these real cheap ass cdr i bought....anyone ever have this problem before?

also can anyone recommend pop removal software?

i know soundforge and nero wave editor have declickers/noise reducers but they don't work very well. try them first i guess.

soundsoap is great. can be used standalone, VST or RTAS.

I'm a big fan of Adobe Audition's noise reduction and pop/click removal effects, they work wonders :)

I've used goldwave for awhile it works great cause you can manually remove the clicking and other noises (having a visual representation of the noise in question)

I did hear good stuff about adobe audition aswell, I wanna try it out soon.

stop using cheap cdrs.

i was playing a show in calgary, threw down this bomb ass track. Blackstrobe vs Harold Faltermeyer - Italian fireflies vs axel foley theme:stongue: :disbelief .. lol and bu half way through the track the sound started to detriote and then static came and i had these cheap ass cds.. LUCKILY i had the next cd cued up.
