I think what makes it better there (and I've only been once) is the people. The whole vibe is different in such a subtle yet important way. Less posers and juicebags and such. Hard to say which city is better, imo....would have to come up with some objective variables.

...on a serious note. Totally.

Both cities have something unique to offer, and both can party it out like there's no tomorrow. (side note: holy crap this Zabiela promo is good) On one hand, you have the more mature MTL crowd, the massive parties they throw there; and then on the other hand, Toronto gives you things like Guv's All Access parties, the Comfort Zone...and that once-in-a-blue moon type of party that's only possible here (a'la Sasha vs. Lawler on a patio early Sunday morning). Or Howells doing a marathon set.

Both MTL and Toronto bring something completely unique to the clubbing scene. I'm actually pretty thankful for what we have here, between these 2 great cities.

Hey man, not me! Both cities have their draw...it's really hard to say one is better than the other, because they're both good for different reasons. It just depends what you like...I like both!

I haven't heard anything about their weed, so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Toronto has access to better weed.

I heard speed is the popular drug over there, which I personally have never tried. As for pills though; it all depends on who you know ;)
