yeah...u're right! But still fukin hilarious. I used to go to the good ol' USofA...my whole life...and I'd meet the dumbest people...I swear. I'd say I was from Canada and they'd ask if it was always snowing up here.... fukin goons! It snows more in New England, Buffalo, etc... than it does in Toronto. :whip: |

It hasn't been established its fake. A bunch of people who have never seen the show, and have no idea about the show have claimed fake.
It is, however, very real.
Yes its edited to select good responses, but then so has every similar
grab that has ever appeared on tv.
The show is just a pisstake of news services, but those interview bits are real. |

Has everything you've learned about Australia come from commercials? (Except about the hot women - there are indeed a few of them around. :D) Just for your info, I'm Australian, and I've never heard anyone say anything about putting any shrimps on barbies - except from Americans quoting 80's Australian tourism ads with Paul Hogan that only you guys got to see. We also don't drink Foster's - it's just the cat's piss we sell to world. Also, the term 'Aussie' is not pronounced 'ossy' but 'ozzy' (as in Ozzy Osbourne).
I could go on, but I've gotta go feed my kangaroo before I ride him to work. |
