| my favorite healthy (and very easy to make) snack lately is cut up italian plum tomatoes with some mozzerella and bals vinegar. either that, or i open a can of solid white albacore tuna in water, drain it, throw it in a bowl with the tomatoes n cheese and bals. vinegar...great source of protein. oh yea cucumbers too. |

I've recently had a revamp of my diet, and I hardly eat any junk food
Various flavours of large packets of chips
BK (haven't eaten any McDees in over 2 years, BK in over 4 months)
Ice cream (Ben & Jerry's Half Baked and Phish Food)
KFC (sooooo yummy)
etc
Beef jerky has nothing on the real stuff, biltong, which is from South Africa, kinda the same thing, but SOOOOO much better

I now only cook with brown rice/pasta, eat fresh veg every day (courgettes/salads/leeks forming my mainstay), eat lower fat crisps (still taste fine though :D) and eat greasy breakfasts less often (even though crispy bacon and fried eggs make me salivate like nou at an anime convention)
It's not like I'm trying to lose weight n stuff though, just to improve my overall health, junk is well bad for you, and the benefits I've felt from brown bread/pasta/rice is quite surprising :D
Doesnt stop me ordering the cheeky Dominos every now and again tho ;) |

i don't like peanut butter and chocolate combo.
i love ice cream so much, but only a few flavors and only haagen dazs...i'm an ice cream snob...screw that ben & jerrys bull and eady's...
it's all about haagen dazs plain chocolate or butter pecan. :) |

the oreos with peanutbutter n chocolate... peanutbutter cookies..

| I can't have too much junk food on account of me being a recovering fat kid with the potential to relapse anytime, however, when I do go for junk food it's all about the white chocolate chip cookies! |

hagen daaz is such wannabe pimp ass ice cream. its all about those lil italian gelaterias... getcha a dope ass ice cream and a good cupa cawfee.
