i would like to know if there here in toronto any oktoberfest celebration???i've been trying to find information but i can't so if anybody knows i would appriciated ...

they happen primarily in Kitchener-Waterloo.. and there are a lotta KW ppl around here .. so juss wait up a bit and i'm sure someone can help u out ..

Take an hour drive west on the 401 and head to K-W. Unfortunately, this is the last weekend and tickets may be hard to find. |

I was in KW last weekend for Oktoberfest and it was a BLAST! Of course I had way too much to drink and ended up on the CTV news making an ass out of myself. All was great until my car got broken into at the Delta Hotel:( NOTE: do not stay at this hotel - the staff couldn't have cared less that my car was destroyed.

Tonight and tomorrow are the last days of Oktoberfest. If you want to go festing you may be able to get a ticket for tomorrow afternoon yet otherwise you're looking at scalper tickets to get into a fest hall. If you go head to Hans Haus at King and Fredrick.... they can tell you what halls still have tickets. If you can't get a ticket head out to Kennedys in St. Agatha or The Blue Moon in Petersberg... neither of those hauses require tickets (also Kennedy's has the best pig tails in the area). |

Some of my VERY BEST drinking experiences while at UW in Waterloo! :D :D
Oh fack - the KW Area sure know how to do that up right - best drinking times of the year! Lubb it! ;)

These tickets have been sold out since august unfortunately.. Ive heard of people waiting 6 hours in line for them to go on sale.
U might get lucky with scalpers outside tho!
I'll be attending the Schwaben Club tomorrow night. My first oktoberfest experience ever! I cant wait..:eyespop:
