Best labels for banging prog

Hi,

Sorry if this has been asked before - I'm not really getting the right results from the search function at the moment.

I'm looking for recommendations for labels who put out fairly tough, banging progressive house or trance - can anyone please help me? I don't necessarily need track recommendations (although you're very welcome to if you like ;) ). I'm a big fan of the Discover labels and I'm looking for similar type stuff. Other ar I've been enjoying recently are Jan Driver and Mike Hiratzka so recommendations along those sort of lines would also be very welcome.

Thanks in advance - this is for a pretty big set I've got coming up in about six weeks time. :)

I hope not - it's the sort of stuff I'm looking for! ;)

Twisted America. That's what I call hardhouse. Check out Superchumbo/Tom Stephan production. Dimas aka D-Formation has banging tribalbeats also.

Propulsion Records - for banging progressive trance
BeatFreak Recordings - for banging progressive house

Thanks guys - those recommendations are much appreciated! :)

I've already got some stuff on Propulsion and this is definitely the sort of thing I'm looking for more of. I own the Creamer & K mix of 'Foreshadow' - haven't listened to it for a while but I seem to remember it being a little deep for my tastes.

Will certainly check out those other recommendations - they look great. BTW, just downloaded Nick Muir: 'Frankenstein' from Beatport... awesome track - this is exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for!

Intenso Recordings

Jurrane - if you're looking for really "banging" prog (as opposed to erm - "proggy" prog  ) you might be in the market for stuff by DJ Remy or Roland Klinkenberg. Progressive but definitely peak time - real stompers. Remy's "Bang" is a favourite of mine.

Check what Derek Howell is doing with his Lonestar alias.

Hey dude - definitely not into "proggy prog" (you know the set I'm buying all this music for) - I want "Jurrane prog": tough, bouncy stuff with a real groove to it. I've tried a bit of DJ Remy's material but it wasn't really my thing. Will look up Roland Klinkenberg though. :)

I've had a lot of success on Beatport - buying this sort of stuff has opened my eyes to some truly quality music. :D
