DJ RJT im not going to quote each individual post because i think theyre all as dumb, selfish and rather disrespectful as each other.
Firstly Neo does not just pop in to stamp authority all over the place before pissing off. Do you actually realise how many forums Neo has to mod? go count then. I myself have 7 forums. I think i do a good job doing that lot, i know id struggling doing these 7 plus the additional ones i dont have which Neo does.
It's no great secret that the ratio of total mods against active ones is rather . Myself and Neo pretty much mod the bulk of this site (minus local forums (although i have one)) ourselves. If u can check in FLTA you'll see im all over that forum like a cheap suit, and the members like me for it. Thats how local forums should be. Notice Neo does not have a local forum to be "down with the members?".
Now I dont think you realise how much time it takes to mod these main forums, even just popping in to "remind you all whose in charge before going elsehwhere. If you think MD and COR clear atleast 1-2 complete pages PER DAY, now minus the stickies that leaves 30 threads in COR on page one. U times that by two, and do u really expect me and Neo to be able to post, in even half of 60 threads, multiplied over COR and MD, that means to even post in half the total threads per day in MD and COR we'd have to do around 100 posts per day atleast just to stay ontop of COR and MD. Then the others forums to add onto that. do me a favour.
I would like to spend more time here chilling like everyone else but i cant. the fact is we have to keep charge and although i, like Neo do our best to be "chill with you lot" we simply cannot do that as well as keep the forums in the state we do. Before i was mod Neo pretty much did the main forums on his own, so that task alone is worth alot of respect coz id struggle to stay ontop myself.
So bitch and moan all you like but i think you should walk back a few paces and look at the bigger picture before posting your comments. |
