Pionner CDJ 200 vs Numark Axis 9

which one should i buy?
right now im thinking pioneer, for the build and pitch, plus mp3 compatible, which im not sure axis9 is..heard the axis 9 was a bit 'loose and flimsy'as well.
but, the axis 9 is also cheaper, and has a load of effects.
would like to go for the axis 9 if i could be assured of a good pitch (as good as or better than my 1200s)..have had numark turntables in the past and the pitch drifted a lot, and it was really frustrating.
any recommendations?? |

| I just got the CDJ200 about 3 weeks ago. I already have a CDJ100. The CDJ200 is built a bit flimsy and not as robust as the 100, but its a great CDJ and I would spend the extra and get it over the Axis 9. Keep in mind with MP3 support on the CDJ200, all your MP3s you put onto a CD must not be VBR MP3s. Otherwise, you'll only be able to play them, thats it. I had to re-encode tons of my MP3s because of this but the program CDex does this for you in batches. |

he's either an idiot or he doesn't really own a 200. they are of very high build quality. i can pick up one of my 200's while its playing and shake it and nothing happens. as for the 200 vs. axis 9? i would genuinely pity you if bought the axis 9. :haha: |

Its probly best to do some research befor calling people idiots |

| i have 2 200's and there's nothing wrong with either jog wheel. you want a flimsy jog wheel check out the denon 1000. |
