Did they some how break the laws of physics? You cannot see a light unless it bounced off an object. So unless there is a mad amount of dust in the way, you wont see the beam. |

Of course it's dust and other particles that make it visible - but the higher the intensity of the beam, the more noticeable that effect is going to be. If you have any large windows in your house, you can "see" a beam of bright sunlight even when the lights are on - it's the same principle.
Unfortunately I don't know where you can get 'em, sorry. |

| those nuclear laser pointers are ruthless. A promoter from Level pointed it at the CN tower and u could fully see the green dot. Insane. Mind you his was the 50MW one which costs like 500 bucks. |

I think they use a symplistic version of a club laser or something, becuase i saw it in person and it was really cool. |

I hope one has the millions of dollars required to defend a patent!
Filing for patents is a waste unless one has the resources required to defend the patent. Once a patent is filed, the process/design becomes public domain (making it open season for copycats). Without resources to defend a patent infringement, filing a patent is akin to "giving away" the Colonel's Secret Spice recipe. |

Sure, but you can't always keep the design a secret... some products are very easy to reverse-engineer. |
