i just got back from a 110 mile drive. i am dead tired. had so much fun chillin with all the TA's. I first wanna start off by thanking Bob, Gil, and Mike for inviting me to play with them tonight. It was such an honor to be playing alongside them, and to also play at my favorite club! This was my first club gig ever and it was nerve racking! I was so nervous, but I tried my best to hide it. During my set I was experiencing difficulties with the levels, and halfway through my set I had to change needles. I am a little embarassed about my sub par mixing. I promise I can do a whole lot better! HAHA. First hour I threw down some house and electro and I could tell not too many people were feeling it. But hey, I love those in tracks and there was hardly anybody at the club yet. I was playing up in the loft from 9-11 warmin things up for Mike Lord. Once I got the house stuff outta the way and started throwin down some harder trance sounds, the dancefloor began to be populated. It was such an awesome feeling seeing people dancing to the beats at my fingertips. I had fun manipulating their dance steps with the twist of a knob. I felt that the track selection and flow of my set was perfect for warming up the party for what was to come later in the evening. Thanks to Kfrogger, Electrophile & Aaron, Hotdogwater, Freshcoast, Miss Julia, and everyone else that came especially for yours truly. I definitely felt the love with all of your support. Thanks for your kind words of encouragement. Tonight was so much fun. I am prolly not gonna go to sleep tonight because of this excitement. Who cares about my wrecks here and there. Its all part of the game. I am SAVAGE. hahaa. i can get away with that . Thanks to Bob and Positive Logic for the drinks. I got mighty faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaded. Oh man I killed the dance floor with my last track. The in 'blade' song. LOL. I enjoyed Mike Lord's, Gil's, and Bob's sets tonight. They threw it down. It was awesome seeing the peeps partying up in the loft having more fun than the peeps in the mainroom or in the side room.

| mmmmmaaaaaaannnnnn!!!!!! i am so bummed i missed this night! i wish i could have been on the dance floor for curly, mike, gil and bob! i'm sorry i wasn't there, still sick and just couldn't do it. the pics look fantastic and the crowd looked amazing. can't wait to read more reviews so that atleast i can feel it through you guys. next time i tell ya, next time! congrats curly for your first night. looks like another great party you put on michelle, as usual! the crowd of TA's is a beautiful sight and once again shows the amazing support and connection this group of people has for each other! nice job!!!!:gsmile: |

Last night was so much fun! I love hanging out with all the TA's. I was buzzed at first (from drinking at my house b4 walking to spundae), but I sobered up soon. I hate alcohol. It felt so good being sober last night. I wore tennis shoes, which made it so hard for me to dance. lol
Curly- I made it to the last hour of your set, you played GREAT!!! There were a few amazing songs, especially that nalin & kane song, and eye wall - bad deal.
Mike- As always, u played a nice set! Thanks for all the cd's. Now me & Anna have a couple new cd's to listen to on our commute to work. ;)
Gil- You looked so happy up there! Such a warm smile! I stayed for half of your set, but I had to leave early, because I had to do a few things this morning.
Bob- I couldn't stay for your set, but I'm sure u played great. Post the sets asap so I could hear what I missed. |

K here goes my review...
The limo busses departed late from SD, ours departed roughly 2 hrs late. I ended up getting to Spundae @ 1130 when my set was supposed to start @ 1030. GRRRRRRR!!! It was nerve racking as but it was out of my control and I just tried to keep my eyes on the prize...SPundae!!!
We got there and I bum rushed the club so I could drop my first track...i was so furious by the time we got there that the only thing that was gonna save me at that point was to drop some tunes for people to dance to....Ok enough of me ranting on the damn bus situation.
The side room really tripped me out. It went from about 30 people to over a hundred people after my 3rd song. It was crazy how many people started to fill in that room throughout the short 1.5 hr set. The loft and the side room completely dominated the main room lsat night. It was awesome!!!
It was nice to see all my TA friends again, always good times. Thanks a ton for taking some time to come down to the side room and dancing to some tunes for me.
Michelle you rock!!! Thanks for the 2 drinks last night, they really eased my anxiety about getting there so damn late. Im also looking forward to seeing the pics.
I apologize for not being able to come up and hang out in the loft like I wanted to. I was looking forward to seeing everyone and getting to hang out more than I did.
There will be more good times though so it's all good! |

Hey TA's
Thank you to everyone that came out to support us last night. It was great to see all the TA support and be able to meet most of you for the first time. I hope you all had a crackin time and we have plenty more in store. We hope to do this once a month and last night was a great way to start it. I couldn't be any happier with the energy, vibe and seeing everyone enjoy themselves. It was packed in there, people were bumping in to the decks but all good fun! The last time I've seen it that crowded in there was for Woody's birthday.
Curly - Thank you for getting the night started and setting the mood. Your set was just awesome and you did a great job!!!
Mike - Just as always, you destroy on those tables. You had the room jumping playing some funky e!!!
Bob - You stole the show!!! You are no longer my apprentice. I have never heard you play like that before. You killed it!!!
We will keep you posted on next month. We have another 3 dj's planned for November. I will post once everything is set. If you are in front of the comp today, tune in to ETN.FM. I'm on at 3PM and Bob is on at 4PM.
