Looking for Wild, Crazy Party Destinations

Hey guys,
I'm interested in travelling somewhere where there are wild, crazy parties and discos with lots of drunk girls and casual sex.
Note, I'm not interested in myths and urban legends, I'm interested in the REAL thing.
I was considering the following:
- Cancun, Mexico (spring break)
- Ibiza, spring 2006: is it really all that wild?
- Greece?
- Moscow: The craziest party city in Europe
Does anyone have any good recommendations :conf:
I might travel sometime early next year?
