MID LATE 90'S back when they stil had wayne williams workign there..they were actually REALLY good.. and this is when I was a full out raver club kid to. bacthey used to play house and even some techno in the middle of the day.. at night was tonnes of house/trance.. flipside had his show in saturdays as well.. they even did a live to air from a BetterDays rave with Todd Terry and Jeremy Healy!.. and this was a full out warehouse party to!
that station was going in such a good direction and then... well I don't know what the hell happened... i guess the rave bubble popped. |

What happened was that Shaw Communications took it over and decided that billboard magazine should dictate what gets played instead of the fans. The result? Well they are long gone now.
Dance music radio has worked and will work again.
Z103 used to be an all dance radio station at one time as well. When they were known as Hot 103. Although energy always did play the better stuff. |
