Have you seen them live? Or head any live sets? There's one in the TA live sets section.
Every time that I've seen them they've definitely been the highlight of the evening. In New York, they just played with Perry O'Neil and M.I.K.E. and pretty much everyone that I know loved them a hell of a lot more than M.I.K.E. |

Its unfortunate how much of a popularity contests these types of polls are. and im guessing (im making this number up, its an estimate) probably only around 5000 of the 55000 actually have a clue whats going on in edm. Whether or not i do is also still up for debate. |

Good question since according to a bunch of names on the list alot of voters have voted for the producers, not DJs. Probably because a) they haven't seen their favs actually DJ but wanted to vote for their fav artists anyway, b) don't know the difference between producing and DJing, c) haven't seen that many DJs altogether to compare which is good DJing and which isn't.
Well this is a top DJ poll, not a top producer poll so it is kinda tricky to judge people. But what do i care really. This is just a list of names, not the end of the world. Hah. :p |
Yeah, I think you pretty much covered all the possible reasons there :)
But I still find it pretty f*cking annoying.. :( |
