Hi,

i've been listening to trance/edm for afew years now, and finally i've decided that i would like to try my hand at it. are there any gd websites out there where one can read up on the basics and all the terminology? cos i've browsed throw the threads and i just get lost on some of the technical terms. appreciate any help given.

should sort ya out for a bit.. Theres another good site. All I remember is that its based on a black background.. not alot of help but someone might know the one I mean. Thats a good site to visit too.. (if anyone knows it)

I can't believe people still cite Ishkur's guide as a credible source. He practically makes up some bull about every genre - and even makes up genres completely. It's meant to be a semi-serious thing, not actual information.
