Greetings to everyone on the board...

For those who don't know me, my name is Fitzpatrick, I am a producer and dj from
birmingham. Last year some time I had fallen into a rut musically and lost my
inspiration for music. As the scene in my own town began to slowly fade, my feelings
of excitement for this movement began to fade as well. The concept of this culture
began to disappear as I was being told that its time was over. But somehow a small
glimmer of hope over what I loved remained in me.
I had to reach past my region, so I began to travel. Weekend after weekend I hit the
road driving (and flying) great distances to find the biggest and best parties (or dare I
say the "r" word, raves) to be at. Thus the Interstate Travler was born. What I realized
is the scene had began to dwindle for a lack of innovation. The few big promotion
companies left were willing to go further than others. It is all about creating a mind
blowing experience, not just playing records in a dark room. This is where I found my
inspiration to go further.
When this weekend rolls around, pick a destination, get in your car, leave your town,
find the biggest party you can, make some new friends, have fun, be safe, and join
me as an Interstate Travler. -Godspeed-

Nice . . . very nice. I love the Psy stuff. Also, that was a BADASS Viola remix :eyes: - brings back memories . . . the DJ set that got me hooked on EDM was Oakenfold live @ Creamfields 1999 (New Years), which showcased Viola amoung others. I loved your stuff, downloaded everything on your site; looking forward to hearing more.

Peace

thank you so much i appreciate the feedback. Actually its kind of funny why the viola song is on there.

*fades to flashback*

A good friend of mine used to work at Platapus and was friends for a while with Moogwai, and he told me a story one night about them leaving a pub in london. They were both very tipsy and needed to hail down a cab, so moogwai said to nathan "You know how you catch a cab in london at night?, you run really really fast". So they tried running down cabs drunk off there ass down the streets of london late at night. It kinda stuck in my head and makes me laugh from time to time. Then again maybe its funny because of how nathan told the story. Anyways I saw the remix about a week later and had to snag it.

/end flashback

Great track, great memories go with it.

/end rant :D
