actually.. it happens when you book Carl on a wednesday at a drinking club.
He played plenty of techno at Guv.. and I would be willing to bet when he played Victoria on a saturday night it was much of the same.
If he was playing Aria on a weekend it would be a lot more techno.. I'd bet on it. |

Probably right. Carl on a friday night probably be techno, not sure on a saturday at Aria, but anything possible.

| ok...not everyone does the drugs to enjoy the music...i listen to this stuff sober...i dont drink or do anything during the week.I do on occasion tke something when i go to an afterhours.I like dancing for 8 hours str8 and dont care about much else.Anything in moderation is acceptable.Those who go out just to get mashed are the ones who suck...music first..disco biscuits second. |

Gah, people need to stop booking Mauro Picotto. He is the most overrated DJ on the planet IMO.
I would definitely start coming back to Montreal more often if the techno heavyweights were playing at Aria. Beyer, Mills, Sims, etc. I miss those nights...RIP Advanced *tear* |
