| OK, so I'm going from MTL to Ottawa to see Lessies on X and the Hidden Cameras a week from Friday. Firstly, anyone who is super hip should go because that is fresh. Secondly, what's the dancey scene like in O-dot? My friend says "private clubs" but it sounds like "areas where yuppies go to forcibly sodomize each other with rolled up business sections of newspapers". Why does Ottawa have its own space, either? I mean, it gets some good acts - Lawler, Howells, etc. etc. etc. Anyway, hats stay on in this country, goddamnit. |
