From the hotel i stayed at in Bulgaria:

meanwhile i have the receipt in my hands showing the bill for 890 LEVAS not 960, paid in full signed and stamped.

Dood that sounds pretty serious! I'd send the money for SURE! If not for the hotel.. at least to get this kid some proper lessons in english and typing 101. :toothless |

Maybe they undercharged you by mistake. |

Its the part about the passport details that worries me. With the type of counterfiting technology out there, who knows how much info they actually have.
Very strange case. I didn't even know that hotels now ask for you email addy. |
