Hey mate,

No your music is not bad at all ;) Just listened to sound de light at that is quite a good track in all aspects, just a bit boring and monotonous perhaps. To get more reactions you might want to review tracks from other members here on the page a bit more. It is always good to give feedback on other people's tracks because people will start to get to know you and as soon as you post a track on the forum we might be able to recognise you better.

Also a good name of the thread will help. Why don't my music get any comments is not the way ;) Post the name of your track, the style of trance perhaps and desrcibe it a bit.

Cheers mate and good luck with your tracks!

^ agrees.... I noticed my tracks got pretty much ignored until I started reviewing other people's tracks.

A good thing to do, is whenever you post a new track up in here, copy the URL. Then go and make a few honest reviews of other people's tracks (be tactful, but don't sugar-coat it). Then at the bottom, say something like "would appreciate a review of my latest track, here" and then provide the link. ;)

This is like the old adagio, do to others what you would like others to do for you :D.

Even if your music sucked, you shouldn't do that mate, we all start down, making tracks that utterly suck, but with the feedback of TA's community you start walking through the right pad, is all about love for
music production, if you stop just because your music sucks, then you shouldn't be persuing this career in the first place.

So, keep making tracks, dedicate to them, follow the advice given here, read a lot and you'll see yourself making progress.

For sound de light:
Well first thing i notice, the percs (or it might be the kick actually) seems a bit out of sync.
The buildup sounds quite professional, even though the quality of the mp3 is a bit crappy.
I suggest adding some delay on the background synth that you hear in the buildup and breakdown.
Breakdown isn't bad, sounds pretty typical.
Melody isn't all that interesting to me.
At the second breakdown now, i'm not sure what you've changed, but it sounds better building up.

Not really much else to say, maybe add some effects? fix the kick? (seems to have a split second delay).

It's just the way this forum works.

There are certain clique members who will get 5 pages on a very average track. If your name isn't familiar to people, an absolute gem of a track could just slip away without any replies. It's not about the quality of your productions, it's just about making a name for yourself which is very difficult to begin with.

However, once established, you'll never really lose the rep.

I agree with col :)
