I never got to see her at the Mod Club last year so I don't have anything to compare to, but I'm kind of wondering if I was at the same party as some of you guys, lol
I had a f@ckin' kick ass time, in fact I think it's the first event I've ever been to that's been rammed shoulder to shoulder and I didn't even care (without using substances to "forget" about it).

My Review:
6.5/10
Miss Kittin was still good. Da crowd still enjoyed a good time. And no matter what you guys say...she still kicks ass with vocals.
Now Miss Kittin with Hacker....that woudda been a kick ass night just like the one at the Mod Club :p
Maybe next time...we can insist on Hacker being round :toothless |

I liked Osbourne better then Miss Kittin. I was expecting something... angrier.. out of her.

I thought she was great - crowd was fine as well. Don't know why so many people did not like her. Just curious as to why? Lee Osborne totally kicked ass as well....

Friday was pretty awesome, another techno night was exactly what I needed after having a ty week of stress,sadness and midterms. Lee Osbourne's opening set was the best imo, he got me pounding the dancefloor in no time. He dropped bomb after bomb of the craziest tech tunes. Miss Kitten was pretty good but I was expecting a much better set; she played more prog then tech which I'm not complaining, but track selection could of been a bit better. She started off a bit blah, but as her set progressed it got much better. I was really surprised to see that she sings; it was very impressive and she should have done it more often. The Dukes were pretty cool, from their outfits to their mixing. Their songs were hit and miss for me, but alot of good ones were played, which made me stay until closing when there were only about 25 people left. |
