is there any programs that allow you to easily change knob/slider parameters etc. with vsts in cubase without having to do it through the tedious remote menu. or do any midi controllers come with their own proprietory software to easily perform this task?
thanks |

| Yeah, my evolution controller allows you to assign a CC number to each dial for use with VSTis and such |

cool, i actually have another question...
i finally used how to properly use the generic remote in cubase to control vsts. in a vsti such as albino, when looking at all the parameters in shortform it can be fairly confusing...a bunch of them seem straight forward to pick out, but otherones seem to be a mystery on what control they'll actually be controlling...
any suggestion on how to easily understand the shortform discription of the vsti parameters without just doing trial and error? |

| It's really better to set up your parameters directly through the VST instruments, not the remote. |

| ^ well of course thats the ideal in instruments that have a midilearn feature...but i can't seem to find such a button on albino...so to my knowledge, i can only do it through generic remote, unless you know an easier way? |
