Nice track, not sure where the PvD influences are, but I really enjoyed it. Thought it had a bit of an Oliver Lieb feel to it actually. Very solid, deep sounding track. Love those tinkling sounds at the break and the tribal percussion elements. Great astuff!
iloop
PDV I don't hear, but what i do hear is some good trance. I'm not too fond of PDV's stuff, but yours i like. somewhat repetitive, but moving. enjoyed the sounds and great percussive elements.

Well said by Iloop here ;) I like the atmosphere in this track, the vibe is good. The drive is good particularly when the nice snary percussion riff is there. You just need to work on the track from a melodic point of view, either just work on a bit more engaging leadmelody or easier create extra layers that melodically do something else that the leadmelody. I think this will give the track more depth and flow. For the rest I enjoyed it a lot :)

But Pvd? No way, you make PVD sound like a sissy ;)

Hey Danny,

Lots of energy right from the start.

I think the snare drum riff is a little too loud in the mix though.

The melody might benefit from a little more variation. I see what you mean by PVDish as your melody stabs follow a similar rhythm to one of his toons.. forget which one though.

Nice driving trancer.. keep it up!

very nice track, except this kind of high res saw lead (1.52). Good work mate! ;)

Not really prog, more just deep darkish trance. He does a lot of stuff with J00F if that gives you a better idea? Good stuff =)

d-muirge: thanks for listening appreciate it. ;)

axolotyl: mmmm joof ya say, funny they didnt seem to like the track i posted before vapourise since i heard nothing back from them, anyway i prefer to think i have my own style. :)

anyone else got any feedback on this for me???

Great start to the tune, offers a dark and brooding atmosphere. Has the promise of a great song but unfortunately failed to really go anywhere.
The build-ups are excellent, I love the way you layer it on and slowly bring up the energy. The percussion does a great job of this. The prodcution quality is good, without being great.
Mainly though I agree with Nomen, in that you should do some work from a melodic point of view; the main riff from 3:19 onwards just really failed to engage me.
I think you've been too subtle with this track! But it definitely carries the DannyC signature sound :) Stick to it man!

thanks for the feedback pho mo, gonna work on my melodies alot more since that seems to be the common issue were i need to improve, hopefully you will like my next track better. :)

anyone else got any feedback on this one???

Sorry im late on my feedback but been away over halloween. u no how us irish love our drink. lol. anyways about the track.

This kinda stuff i like. love the melodies used in the first breakdown around 1:10. Really sets the scene to the track. i no what your talkin about the pvd influence. That melody used around 2:50 has that 'for an angel' feel. Punchy baseline but reminds me more of john '00' fleming in this instance.

Overall i enjoyed the track. Sounds like stuff agnelli and nelson would drop into one of their sets. It is definately the kinda stuff u would hear in a niteclub in britain an ireland. dark yet kickin trance. really liked this one. 8/10
