Hi Guys,
M and I are planning a trip to Asia this holiday season, and we unfortunately waited a little too long to decide on booking. We've been researching online, have called airlines, and it's really expensive!
We got a quote for toronto to Bangkok for 1900 w/all taxes and charges. We also have a few other leads.
Our other options are- provided it's not crazy expensive:
-Toronto to Delhi.
-Toronto to Kathmandu
Our dates are fliexible: departing anywhere b/w Dec. 16 to the 23, and returning anywhere from January 6 to the 13th.
We'd really appreciate any websites you know, or if you have a great travel agent!
Many thanks,

I buy most of my Far East tix from Jade travel in Toronto. They have some good fares.

I'd stick with Bangkok. I've had friends who went there and they said that the flight was the most expensive part. Everything else was cheap and they had fun. |

Im not too sure about Thailand, but my tix to Japan and South Korea always come around the 1000 CAD mark (if not cheaper) . One other option could be driving down to BUF, and catching a flight to Asia from there. You just can't beat US fares, when compared to our fares here in Canada. |

I checked , it isn't effective until February. |

The All Asia Pass, with Cathay Pacific, is good up until December 1st, but you would only have until December 7th before you'd have to fly back. It's available again though as of February 13th.

not sure if that helps at all. |

thanks guys!
I think we're going to go with the price from flight centre. From what my work colleagues have said, the price quoted is an amazing deal.
I guess I've learned to book really early if we decide to travel next year.
It appears we'll be sticking with Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailiand. If you have any updates on Tsunami affected areas of Thailiand, we'd really appreciate it. Alternatively if you have any suggestions on where to visit within these three countries, we'd equally appreciate it.
Cheers,
