I've an assignment to do and i get extra points of i refer to either IEEE or ACM journals. I wanna add something about WiMax - IEEE 802.16 any suggestions? They free or what's the story ? You can buy one article at a time if you'd like or some special packages with several publications for a discounted price if I recall. You're a student so membership isn't too expensive and it will give full access to IEEE content. It's really valuable help. Did you check IEEE's website or look online?
