I would like to start producing some hiphop and was wondering if any of you folks use it in your trance tracks.

A friend owned one, and he was a happy owner but he switched to the yamaha rs7000 for sequencing. It isn't much used by trance I think. It's used a lot in techno (underworld, vitalic, ...) and in some crap music as well (as hiphop)

The MPC is good for HipHop as it is a sampleplayer with a great sequencer. MPC:s aren't used that much in trance because trancemakers mostly use synths.
