So I got locked IN my apartment last night...

No joke.
It was my friends birthday, and some of my friends were waiting outside for me, and I was trying to get out of my apartment and I couldn't get OUT of my apartment!!! The doorknob just kept spinning around in circles. So I had to toss my keys down to the parking lot (I'm on floor 5) so my friends could come in and try to get me out! They tried on the other side but they couldn't get it open either! So finally my RA had to come and take the doorknob off and open my door with a screwdriver. Now everytime I want to come in my apartment I have to shimmy the bottom lock with a ing screwdriver.

I'm supposed to get a new doorknob today. It sucks because I can't even get out of my apartment without shimmying the lock either. |

well, see the doorknob was locked, but the door was opened, but just a little bit. from inside, he must have wanted to come out, so he starts rubbing on the door. inadvertantly, as he pushes on the door, it closed.
then he pee'd on my bed, and i cant get the ammonia smell out of it. i need to buy a new mattress because, after i wash all my blankets, and sleep for one night, i wake up smelling of ammonia which is sickening, no matter how much i scrub down my mattress. so i sleep on the couch. with my cat friend, until i can buy a new bed. |
