| You always hear about the New York mafia, the Chicago mafia, the Los Angeles mafia. What about the Toronto mafia? Does it even exist? |

India has some crazy underworld ...
especially goa, theres a whole RUSSIAN mafia who run goa, all the drugs parties, etc etc.... everything goes through them and everyone pays them protection. |
