Ok, first off this has got to be one of the best shows I have ever been to..I'd say if you didn't enjoy the music, especially from the big name djs...you have no clue what their current playlist is. I discussed with djfaded about the raising the bar on the djs if you have seen them in a the past and I totally understand that as well as the sound quality..but hey from last years experience sound was expected, but damn WOW!! It was everything I expected plus more!!!! :eyes:

First off, I would like to thank gypsygirl for comming with me and giving me a VIP ticket! That was like a kick in the face (a good kick :p ) Then, meeting up with the rest of the TA's in the VIP line was really cool as well, always great to see new and familiar faces!! Neinerlove, SweetCandy Girl (Coldharbour Pira-ete :D ), DJFADED, and Orbital32...the line went pretty fast compared to what I had to wait for TIC and MM04. Once inside, I knew Icon was already tearing it up, wow she is a great dj and so underated, I love her breaks track selection really set a great vibe! Checking out the VIP area, that was impressive because it seemed like not part of the MM I'm used to, clean bathrooms, couches, free drinks! Then the TA meet up came around, not like last years where we all grouped up but I did get to see Carriegsxr6 once again, and Robert? (damn forgot name),and my friends from back home! Good to see you guys! (Mike and Ryan). So then we go back kinda by the vip area, I decided to stay on the other side for a bit, now this was the 2nd dj spinning in the main room, personally do not think his mixing skills were too good, I heard alot of wrecking, but he did get the crowd moving :). After that, we decide to checkout the house room, and wow...looks like the other TA's beat us there! Stayed there dancing to the dj with the hat (Sorry don't remember his name) till about 10, then went back to the main room...for MARKUS!!!

HOLY F*CK, MARKUS threw down an amazing set!!!! I knew about 95% of the tracks he dropped, and the best part those were my favorites of his current chart...he truly is my #1, He didn't even use that crappy flanger effect to transition, just straight out beatmatching and starts it of with Eye Wall - Bad Deal (R & K Remix)! Then just keeps the beats going! Killed me with Yilmaz Atlahan - Eighties (Original Mix) then, David West Feat Andreas Hermanson - Larry Mountains 54, H & B - Language (Santiago Dub Tech Mix), Matthew Dekay vs Proluctors - The Deep Snow, Niklas Harding pres. Arcane - Ice Beach, I'd say the highlight of his set was when he dropped the mashup of Find & Electroflux!! I DIED!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!! I know there were others I knew, but don't remember at this moment...wow I was out after that! About half way, I see a soccer player pass by me...UH OH WOODY ALERT!!!!!!!!!!! Wow man, great seeing you and your lovely friend!!! Then, as the encore...Without you Near, first time hearing it live, really a great ending to an awesome SET!.

Right after that, I met with some of the TA's going to the VIP room to call it halftime after Markus's rapage!! Chilled out there for a bit, and even got to talk to Markus! What an awesome guy!!! If you are reading this...I was the guy in the pirate outfit with the tiny hat! Then came a little dull moment of waiting in line for drinks, got to catch up with DJfaded on some topics, and the guy dressed as the doctor from phoenix (damn forgot name), really kool to hang out while everyone cut infront of us...I swear it reminded me of the Glendale High School Pizza Hut line, some of the people even looked the same!!!! While chilling at the "table", I was hearing the dj in the mainroom throwing down some fast driving beats, not my thing. After 2 cups of orange juice, some water and a nice 50 break on cushioned chairs...twas time to go back into the crowd.

I get out, and meet with Mike and ryan as we get ready to see Deep Dish...and when they came out WOW Sharam opened up with an AMAZING tune, This has got to be the highlight of my night, front and center DEEP DISH THREW AN AMAZING SET!!! PERFECT MIXING, GREAT TRACKLIST, EVEN SOUNDED HARMONICALLY MIXED! WOW! Sharam was on for about 3 tracks then the masked ALI dubfire came onto the decks and HOLY SH*T, just keeped pounding with some deep progressive beats!! By this time I met this lovely girl infront of me who I was happy to dance with for the bulk of Deep Dish's set, and she was feeling it as much as I was!, it only amplified the experience! Wow I hope to run into her sometime again! Just groovin music, this is what I wanted to feel...a disconnection from reality directly from music!! Woody winds up infront of me again with his lovely friend, thats 2 times bro!!! Deep Dish are some of the most talented artists as well as djs around, I hope to see them sometime again! In the end I was able to tell sharam he rocked, I got the thumbs up from the Persian Master!!!

My friends and I decide to chill for a bit, I tell them Imma go to the VIP for a bit to get some drinks, I manage to get water...this being around 2 they ran out of everything?! :conf: They should learn about costco!!! :whip: Well I come back out, and I can't find my friends...for a good 15 mins I was searching...turns out they were sitting down GAH! I never look down...all there is, is e-tards! So we meet up, and take a seat in the empty "upgrade to VIP" table. This all happening while the transition which I thought was down right impossible took place...going from Deep dish to Marco V! I personally am not a fan of him, and for the good first 40% of his set...especially that 1st track was a crash back to reality. Then as we were sitting down, I heard a horn that I knew..then OH F*CK!!!! E-craig - Call it a day (AM Remix) WOW!!! I'm UP...and running back to the crowd!!! One of my favorite tunes!!! He really got my suprise there!!! Just had that last bit of energy to keep going...then he drops The Roc Project feat. Tina Arena - Never (Filterheadz Dub)....I AM JUMPING SCREAMING AND SINGING!!! Christ!! One of the best tunes I think that has ever been produced!!! Wow!!! I still feel the energy...then he brings in H & B - Language (Santiago Dubtech Mix) WOW, 2nd time in one night this track is played!!! Gah...I wish Markus would have played the elevation remix...that one would have really kicked major ass! Out of nowhere...a badass remix of Sweet Dreams had me singing and dancing for a bit. Then after that, the tracks start going back into techy ground...I start losing energy and just stick to a small groove. Once it was over, Orbital, Mike, ryan and me where left looking for the rest of the crew. Then I met Realraver! as we went up to the escalator...there was DJFADED, Neinerlove, Gypsygirl and Carriegsxr6. Word was that a TA afterparty at Bobs was in the works! Sounded good to me!! As for Realraver, sorry bro I wasn't able to give you a direct answer to what the plan was after, but I had no clue what was going on. :( Then, DJFaded tells me to meet up at KFC on figeroa...so we (gypsy girl & me) manage to get out of the parking lot by some tricks that I had up my sleeve. Then we followed DJfaded to Bobs house in santa monica!

First thing I noticed was the 3000GT! Wow man, you have to give me a ride in it one day! :D Great seeing philippe once again, this is one of the coolest guys on this board! Bob's house was really kool! the dj setup was great, looked more like a small club than it did a living room! Thanks again for having me and giving me snacks! Also, great to meet Bluesurface and the rest of the guys there! (especially the guy who bent the key...:wtf: )DJfaded had a great time spinning as the resident DJ at club bobs, and I think we all enjoyed it...well maybe except philippe :toothless . Wow, with the sun rising, and my mom calling me to see if I'm ok...we had back to burbank. On the 10 freeway, it was a really really nice view of the sunrise over LA, almost as nice as the sunset! What a great way to end the night!! I would like to thank the TA's because the great vibe would not have been there, I love it when music creates a great vibe..it's something that is so rare in this current society! and special thanks to Gypsygirl for the VIP ticket...I am still in shock!!!!

OMG...Im still recovering, perhaps entering the real land of the living now...had such an awesome time!! Here is my little recap: (wont go into the sets too much, as u guys have gone over it all - Im always late posting...but i was still partying while u guys started posting...geez...)

Well, got there around 9, waited in the line for a bit, then hit security where she felt me up EVERYWHERE, under my bra & all, man, i was like umm, hello?! - but then, the most simple & obvious they dont do...they didnt even ask me to open my purse?! I wish I would have brought all that stuff i left in my car! :whip:

ok whateva - now inside to the main event, I was sad I missed the TA meetup...but met up with my friends from San Diego & wandered around, running into all sorts of ppl that just seem to recognize me from some club/party (yes...i go out a lot! :D ) Make it outside for some of Nic's set, then in for Markus! Such fun & at some point I made it up to the front where I knew id find some TAs- Carrie, Robert (agree w/carrie- thanx for keeping the annoying peeps off!), Michelle, Bjorn... Was wandering I think when he played Without You Near - I cannot help it...I just LOVE that song & the energy I was feeling from the crowd & within during the track...awesome!!! I also loved Say Hello - i know, i know, somethin about it just gets me. Was a mix of wandering & my SD friends. I was pointed to upstairs where the TAs were situated...finally got to see more of you, Sarah (argh...that was tough!), Mike, Kris and more, have no clue around when that was :conf: Hung for a bit, but then spotted my SD friends in the crowd & just ran back down into the crowd...we ended up finishing the night outside in the house area (I know the main room was done first), where of course he played Michael to finish it off, lol... Such fun, but I had officially lost all of you! :(

My SD group decided to go to the Larchmont for after hours. I had never been and thought Id check it out for an hour or 2 just to hang with my friends b4 they drove back down, figuring it would be mostly ppl zoning out on the side without any great energy, and then come over to hang with you all...BUT, the place just went off. They were playing music pretty hard downstairs, but it was totally working for me. Ppl had lots of energy, and sure the sidelines were full, but so was the floor and the dj area! I was dancing & jumping through the floor and behind the dj. Met some cool peeps. I noticed around 8 or 9 was when it got really packed, as Im guessing the official & avalon after hours were closing up. Most of the SD crew left to drive home by 10 AM, but Eva & myself stayed until 2:30 in the afternoon! Craziness...we just couldnt pull ourselves off the dance floor, where i spent all my time aside from a brief period to rest my poor knees & feet. Sure there were some crazy cats, an older crowd than at MM of course, definitely seriously interesting people watching! Around noonish we were goin to leave as it was late and the crowd died down, but I wandered upstairs outside to check out what scene was (expecting few remaining ppl just chilling) - and WOW, I found a whole new vibe & scene going on. :eyespop: Was more of a deep house, good chiller dance music with some great beats. The floor was so packed & jumping, even when we left after 2! Apparently the place was open till 4pm. Has anyone ever been? I wonder how it compares to a normal night, since yesterday was after a massive and big halloween parties.

Anyhoo...i had such an AWESOME time, only one flaw was that I hardly got to party with you guys, so sad. ARGH. I had no one's number (except for Sarah who left early), so I couldnt find out how late you all hung out at Bob's. I just heard someone said 9pm, is that true? wish i would have known... :whip: Last time I was at Bob's I was super chill & tired, this time I was so wired & nutso dancing I never made it there - next time will have to do it right! :tongue3
