Hi folks, could do with anyones opinion on this track ive just finished, Ive uploaded it at just 128 kbps so the quality might not be so good but see wht u think anyway. Its an experiment using influences from multiple genres to try and come up with something different.

funky indeed!
Your percs are really crispy clean and the fx are awesome.
I'm not a huge fan of the deep string that comes in.. feels like a funky bassline would better suit the awesome perc groove.
But then when everything kicks in @ 1:25 you make it soooo groovy again! I love all the samples - very tasty.
I get some distortion on the kick, but that might be my headphones.

| Thanx m8, Your points have been noted and I think im going to replace that deep string section. As for the distortion on the drum...Its quiite a heavy kick anyway so if I uploaded a 192kbps version maybe that distortion problem would dissapear as it seems to be sounding fine at this end |
