wassup all
I am a complete amateur in this respect... I have listened to trance and techno for more than 10 years, but have never made a track... I just got Cubase 5.0, but dont know how to use it...
I was wondering, do any of you have any suggestions for what programs are best for beginners to producing trax. I only have a PC, so I wont be using a 909, 303, Synth etc. at all..
Any suggestions would be fantastic.
Thanks. |

If you`re just beginning, download FruityLoops, For beginners (and some professionals) it`s a good program, you`ll learn the basics with that one:toothless
get kazaa and download it:toothless

don't get Kazaa, get Morpheus.
Kazaa comes packaged with a trojan virus  |

fruityloops is a GREAT start. Ive been using it along with other , reason, third party generators, whatever, and it still is great. Pretty versatile, not as much as a real synth and some nice hardware, but i dont have that kind of money, so ill settle for second best!
