output problem

hey how you guys going, im new this whole djing equipment thing, and just recently picked up a pair of pdx2000s a djm600, and hdj1000.
ok my problem is one of my turntables only plays out of left speaker, i checked the cables, there fine, the problem is the needle (as i swapped them over the other needle on my other turntable it did the same thing), the needles are fairly new, why is it doing this? could someone explain and tell me how to fix?

one of the the cartridges might be wired up wrong
i remember having the same problem when i first got my decks. |
