...State university system regent Howard Rosenberg, said cutting off the thumbs of taggers won't solve the problem and Goodman should "use his head for something other than a hat rack."

Considering you use a spray can with your index finger.. sounds pretty retarded to me.
I suppose you need your thumbs to balance it, ow rould wouldn't be able to hold it..
but most of the graffiti kids I know would only paint more if they law ed the over.
This kinda only happens in singapore. |
