erm, how do u do it! Tell me all, andwhat program to use to encode the minidisc track to MP3. Thanx! I will be using it to record Tiesto and Corsten live at the Millenium Dome on New Years Eve!

Normally you would get the cabel, and software with the minidisc. But obviously not in your case, i am not exaclty sure if there is a fast way, but the slow way would be to get a line in cable, plug that from your headphone jack on yr mini disc, to your line in on your sound acrd on the computer, and use something like cooled it pro to record it, or music match. Cool edit pro records as wav, so you will need to use sommit like nero to encode from wav top mp3.

I hope that makes sence

I would use AudioEdit Deluxe as software.I find t easy to use and i encodes the recorded track straight into mp3 format

only problem is, u need a software crack for it as it is only a trial version, and trust me.....it's hard to find one that works!!

hope that kinda helped

erm, I think the cable u lot are talking about is the one that has the same bit on both ends? the one that has a thinkg that looks like a headphone plug, cuz a lotta my mates have got that but I haven't! Where can I get these recording priograms from?
cyberdude
Well, anyone have any idea
I have a minidisk with Digital recording printed on it
And anyone any idea how i can record analog?
I tried a cable, and it says no digital signal, or no signal stuff

So is there a other cable that somehow makes the analog signal saving it in digital signal..?
Anyone with expierience?

Yeh I use that cable all the time! Its basically a phono cable (with one end has a red plug and a white plug) and the other end u plug into your line in jack on your minidisc. This cable allows u to record from analogue sources, e.g. mixer, stereo etc, and the minidisc will record it digitally. SO basically,u will have a perfect recording of what u heard.

All i use is a line in cable, all it has is 2 ends the same. both headphone bits, and it can be used for both analog and digital

Umm if ur using a line in cable thats just analog, if you want digital it would depend on your soundcard if it had a digital in input on it.

Tiesto & Corsten in Millenium Dome @ New Years Eve.
I thought it was only Judge Jules and Dave Pearce who was broadcasted on Radio 1. But hey, its awesome if u can record the two flying dutchmen in some way. Tell me if its on any radio station please.
Cheers, and Happy New Year!

Only JJ and Dave PEarce will be on Radio 1! (trance wise) I'm gonna record the dutch sets onto Minidisc, and then put them on AG.
