3. Fried sausage, fried bacon, grated cheese and brown sauce.
4. Cheese spread, sliced cheese, tomato ketchup.
5. Salt and vineger crisps, tomato ketchup.
6. Chips, grated cheese, kethcup and/or brown sauce.
