I downloaded the vinyl rip from the TA Singles page.
Is it just me, or is there a sort of "tearing" noise on the higher vocal notes? I didn't really notice it the first few times I listened to it, but when it is slightly pitched down it sounds horrible. Just on the higher, drawn-out vocal notes.
Wondering whether the original is like that, or whether it was a problem with the rip.

Trainwreck, I don't hear a tearing noise on the higher, drawn out, vocal notes. Seems like her voice has a breathy quality but I don't think that's the tearing noise you are hearing.
I just listened twice, once at my usual pitch and once at reduced pitch trying really hard to hear whatever it is you're hearing. No luck.

OK, might have been a slight issue with audio gear on my part. I listened to the original again on different headphones and it sounds OK.

| more than likely because this is a crappy MP3. And an illegal one at that. |
