Third album release from one of Swedens largest trance export. Ticon have always been famous for pushing forward their sound, never bound to any laws. Zero Six After prooves once again that the guys knows how to produce both funky and uplifting tunes. This time with even more touch of electro. Fans of Shiloh will love tunes such as Kids of the 80s and Six Years After.
Soft and laidback but still with a groovy hint.
The more dance oriented fans will enjoy In The Dirt, The Analogue H and Rip It Up.
This is propably the coolest album I've heard this far in 2005. There are so many influences crossing each other in all the tunes. 80s, electro, house, funk, trance and so on.

Highly recommended.

Just listened through this yesterday. I like tracks 4 and 7 but overall Ticon is not really my style. Some very talented producers nontheless.

Diggin' this, dirty beats all over the album...I think it's gonna be the best album of the year for me, can't get enough of it just because it's so simply made...

It isnt my fav album of the year (Jaia - Fiction ?) but its very good.

Have to say that chicken shaker should be a dub as the vocals are plain annoying.:nervous:

Rip it up is the standout track, love the speaker (sample) in that tune. The rest is ok.

BTW this has appeared on Beatport.

Picked this up on vinyl couple days ago, I must say this album is pretty interesting, as a trance album I think it is pretty weak and does not offer a lot and kinda represents how progressive the entire trance scene has gotten the past 2 years..........

BUT as a progressive house album I think all the songs rock. I pitched each song between 127-130 and was blown away at how much better the songs sounded. Chicken Shaker at 127 is a fun dirty track, and a lot of the tracks pitched down really sound good and could appear in prog house sets if people realize how good this stuff sounds pitched down. I wonder if anyone else has tried this because it really does change the feeling of the album, almost like a Digweed Kiss 100 show or along those lines.
