usually if you ride with them and try to teach them, they might get frusturated with the whole idea, and then begin to feel bad for making you wait...thats usually the case, so i encourage them along but never wait for/with them to catch up because they won't catch up until they begin to learn how to ride
i'd say the first 4-5 times snowboarding is hell after that it's all freedom! |

Well, the house Im offering isnt exactly owned by me, but we use it alot more than the person that does own it. We actually somewhat take care of the place, and even brought up some furniture and a TV to replace the broken/garbage that was there.
And as long as people arent retarded, I doubt there should be anything to worry about. |

point being i like to have a good time and i like to act retarded once in a while, and if i get judged on that so be it...im just looking out for any personal property or damage to property this is why i'm apprehensive about people lending their places. |

I can tell you from years in college, that will happen, but people will be indoors a lot, too. Especially if there are christmas lights. White ones. Granted we lived in a huge mansion that had 20+ rooms and a roof that overlooked the city, but still. |
