that! You're not out of line. He sent you a message, you posted it. There is a long standing convention in law that any information one is privy to becomes "their information". This means that because Havoc sent you the PM you OWN the information therein. As with anything else you own you have the right to do with it whatever you wish provided that it does not contervein any laws. Posting a PM is certainly not against the law. It may be a violation of trust, however, since you are not in any fiduciary position with respect to Havock there is no law compelling you to maintain his trust. |
