yeah... i should probably know seeing how i've been into into this stuff for a long time now... actually i've been away from the rave / club scene a lot for the past year or so...
but now i'm in search of TECHNO.
about a year ago, i head of a techno night at one of the local clubs on Capitol Hill. Does anyone know anything? I just need to get out and listen to some nasty repetitive techno beats.

I haven't see anything too fascinating as far as Techno goes. The closest I've seen this year was Carl Cox in September, but he decided to play House. :(
I'd kill to see Liebing up here. |

Still nothing interesting that I've seen.
All, or at least 99%, of the local events are listed on NWTekno. Check it out. |

| not really any good "techno nights" i know of, but theres a good deal of good raves, and a load of moaderate raves, and 20million dump trucks full of ty ones. But, most of the underground ones are the . So just look around on some local underground sites, get in the loop and you'll get personally invited to some of the biggest bashes techno, elctronica, psytrance, psy, psychadelic, ambient... etc. etc. |

| Ya, we are so pathetic that even one of the biggest techno dj's doesn't even play techno in Seattle. This is not the city for it. It would kill the candy kid's high. |

I think it's how he played for the States, really. He played House (the same Blur track, and Say Hello, although I missed that Godawful part because I wasn't at the float) at Love Parade this year. Although, what he played at the Afterparty was far better than at the Showbox. |
