Nice toon indeed, though I don't think I would call it chill!!
It's got tons of energy, though the sounds are quite muffled.
I think with some more EQing you could clean things up nicely! The melodies are cool, and the choir is a nice touch.
Your percs are awesome for creating drive, though a little difficult to hear in the mix.
