as for 514 , i don't think they have the decence (spelling ?) to bring marco v , mauro p. and sven , besides that's just a stupid innercity line up rip off
we want creativity not copying off the others (even tho i would be happy to see marco or mauro) |

ticket prices arent bad in this city at all....if u consider where we our events are hosted and our dj lineups u would have to agree that prices are fair.....i'm sorry but u dont have to be rich to pay 55 at presale or 85 the day before...its NYE...peel pub must charge 20 to get in...HAHAHA
anyways, its too bad swirl 2001 was cancelled because it had what gk_mtl is asking for......marco carola, tall paul, ritchie hawtin, laurent garnier etc, etc...
we'll see what happens for connected...u can almost be sure that there wont be djs like tiesto,pvd, avb, or oakie since they come to North america for tours now rather than events...so the odds of them being here at the same time are rare....
lookout for sasha and diggers....i have a feeling they will make a stop here in 2002...the last time sasha was here was june 1st, 2000 |

nobody is complaning about the price at first except that We payed a 60 bux ticket for local Djs u get it? I am not talking about party being on NYE!
And u should know by now that 514 always has same price weither its cream - connected - swirl - oasis - celebration they'r all around the same price but this year it was all about local Djs and a 6hours set which i dont recall happened b4 in a big rave like that!
And on the other hand if you'r not gonna complain about the price it will only go higher dude....if u dont mind...then i suggest you better come up with the money since u dont have any problem with that.
Would u buy your ticket if its 60+ for connected? Lets say not surpringly enough Djs in the line-up!

did u go to cream? beat 514 lineup i have ever seen even though the venue wasnt the greatest....
look at oasis this year...5 local djs and oakie for 2 hours and it was still 50 bux...they got to pay for the molson centre somehow |

| i prefer buying 150$ knowing that avb or pvd or tiesto or marco or mauro or whatever are in the line up rather than paying 60$ for xl morales lafléche and miss b , do u see my point ???? like deli said PEEL PUB is better AHAHAHAHAHAHA :stongue: at least for 20 bucks "tu en as pour ton argent" lol :D :rolleyes: |

Actually Fast I completley disagree with you there, I'm completley satisfied with the 55$ I spent on my ticket, and would have gladly spent the extra 20$ if I hadn't bought them at presale. Yes they were local djs, but do you have any clue how expensive it is to throw a party? Get real, they have to make sure and cover there asses, it shouldn't be a big gambling situation for them. The only negative thing I could say about 514 is that they should have done something to have better provided with a more swift and fluent line up, because then, maybe I wouldn't be as sick as I am now! :( Lets just say crackdown/flu is about the worst possible combination you can imagine in the world, and I hope no one suffers it. Imagine being in a trance for over 72hrs were every feeling is intensified, except now, even the painfull ones are intensed too, it sucks!!!!!
Anyhow, this is my first trip to my pc in a couple of days, i need to go back to lying down and going threw hot and cold sweats, wooo hooo, soooo much fun ;)

| woooooooah i never said peel pub is better,,,,,,,,,,,u crazy??? i said i bet even peel pub cost 20bux to get in on NYE....i meant that 55 is nothing...i spoke to people who went to gay clubs like element and dropped 50 bux in an hour because they paid 30 to get in and then bought 3 drinks and left........what a in waste......could have bought a ticket with that money and spend a little more on a magic little pill and been wacked off their asses! |

Zing, I pray and hope that you do not get as severe a case as me and I just knocked on wood for you to.
you'll have to excuse all the poor spelling and little mistakes, I'm way to ed p to be able to fix them, and its hard enough to tpe with th screen floating and moving around. Actually I wish I could just tuen off my monitor and type in the dark, would be a lot easier for me. 24 hrs ago I was convinced I wass going to die, I didn't have any other explanation for what I was feeling, I have been constantly holuscinating, hot/cold sweating, coughing, eyes in sever pain from opening or moving, every single body part having a different temperature, for instense: one foot would be flaming hot with one freezing cold toe, whil;e my other foot would freezing cold with three hot toes!!!???!!! WTF is that !!!!?? :conf: Excuse the agressiveness, I'm just a little frustrated and trying to do some venting. I just spoke to a friend on the phone, I'm glad to hear that everyone else I know is doing alright. You know what sucks, I came home from the [arty and was fine, chilled, ate a few times, drank a lt of milk, relaxed, past out, and then when I woke up... Boom!!!! Now I've been trapped with it ever since. My Dad had a bad flu all last week, and my emuion system is usually really good, so I guess that's why I didnt catch it last week, then coming home from the party, I guess I was easy prey for what ever virus was still lurking in my house.
Man, yesterday I was on my couch, with two sweat shirts, track pants, socks, a winter jacket and four blankets and still shivering my ass off, then this morning I woke up, and I fealt so much better! I was awake for most of the day (well was only in reality an hour and 1/2, but felt like 7 to me), I ate, and then passed out, when I woke up... Booom!!!! I'm ed again! :eek:
All right, sorry for all this blabble, but there is a point, ands trust me, this is not easy typing for me to do, it's painfull and is hurting me, but I want to tell all of you, if you're planning to go out and party this weekend, club/bar/after hours, even a house party, please be precatious, dress warm, take some vitamin c, drink some tea for s sakes, just do what you can to help prevent yourself from catching this flu, truust me, it's one you'll be glad to have never met.
Take it easy all, stay healthy, and listen to some trance for me, I cant, my heads still spinning :P bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :) |
