Hi Guys,
My partner Mercure and I are off to Italy and France for the holidays. We are loosely planning our itinerary, and are trying to figure out where to party for New Years.
We've checked listings for Rome, and for Paris; thus far not a lot listed. I realise it's still early.
I know there is a great after hours scene in Paris. Is it the same in Rome?
We'd greatly appreciate some suggestions.
cheers,

Umm...have you seen what is going on in France right now? My suggestion is watch out for burning cars. |

i was just in argentina during the summit of the americas. CNN made it look like the whole country was on fire. Meanwhile i didnt see any of it the whole time i was there.
Just find out the areas to avoid and then have a good trip! |

Did you ever pause to think it'll most likey be over by x-mas?
Also, perhaps it's actually been blown out of proportion by the media? From what I've read expat Paris residents weren't aware of ongoing riots before they read the news.
From all accounts, Paris is safe, unless one is filling their head with fear. :D |

exactly which is why id love to go to asia this winter since prices will most likely be very low do to unfounded "bird flu" paranoia. |
