| okay, i wasn't planning on going b/c i had birthday dinner plans but the dinner ended sooner than i expected, i talked crystil into staying for the weekend and my other friends were done for the night so off i went to the happiest place on the planet around 12:30 am. stone cold sober i walk in and G&D had just gone on. of course i make my way up front to hang with michelle and crystil and i just start dancing away. i have never seen G&D so i was looking forward to this set, especially since mike lord had given me the bloom cd and it has rarely left my cd player since, only to be replaced by lawler when i needed house. as you all know i'm no id'er and i'm not technichal, i just know what i like and my body responds. i truly enjoyed their nice long set and danced the night away, no longer exactly sober. they played lots of great tracks, some i recognized and many i didn't but that's not unusual. i loved the cure song they played and they dropped without you near :crazy: and deep dishes say hello. they also dropped s.o.s but to be honest i'm tired of that song, hey look eric a song i don't love! i had soooo much fun last night dancing. i tried to stay up front but it got too hot and packed so off to the side i moved and that's where i ran into randy, simmon, carrie, robert, ana, ana's boyfriend (damnit, i need to remember his name), tigo, and several others and started dancing my ass off. gotta have room to just go crazy and go crazy i did!!! danced all night long! had such a blast with all the TA's that were there, julie and the san diego crew, very fun. good seeing scotty and victor(thanks again for the chapstick) they were there enjoying as well as promoting for november 23 so don't forget people! nice dancing with randy boyer for the last part of the evening, always a fan of a great dancer! alana, great partying with you as always. i truly loved the way the guys from G&D were interacting with the crowd, definitely crowd pleasers and they were having a great time. missed those that weren't there and you know who you are, your presence was definitely missed and it left a small TA hole in the middle. very nice to go back to bob's for after hours with many peeps, thanks again bob for hosting, as always, very fun and i could continue my dancing!!!! and this night we got a special treat...... michelle and crystil on the decks!!!:eyes: all in all a great night with great music, fantastic friends and fun alround! so glad i got to meet eva from san diego and alice, one of the coolest ing chicks i have met ever!!!!! girl we are going to find all kinds of trouble together, so i had a blast, hope those that were there had as great a time as i did! see you all on the dance floor |

G & D rocked way harder than they did last time. GREAT OPENING TRACKS BTW. The energy stayed flowing strong the entire time. I tried to walk around as socialize a little like I usually do, but last night, I just couldnt find the time to leave the dance floor.
It was so great seeing the usualy spundae crew again. It has been a while since I have been there and I was getting withdrawls. Yes there were a few that were missed, but everyone else compensated and danced a little harder than usual.
Last night was one of the few that will always stand out from the rest for me. :happy2: |

wow last night started sooo effin bad it wasnt even funny! in the end i finally got in...saw the usuall suspects which is always fun and started to enjoy the night!
i was already buzzing from drinking and driving so i didnt need any drinks to get me going. G&D came on around 12:20 and were surprisingly alright! went out for a smoke and started to see the rest of the TA's....this is where my night started to get better! i couldnt stop laughing the hole night....goign by different groups of peopel laughing and moving on to the next group! now i know y spundae is the happiest club....altho it has lots of asians....seems like no matter who is playing ur still having a in blast....its soo big and there is so much to do and see u never seem to get bored! ate a few street cocks...had a few more laughs....then left the club! twas good seeing everyone....you guys know who u are :) till next week.....cccc ya ;) |
