I dunno man, what if her game wasn't neccesarily to try and hit on you but, rather diss the other dude? Maybe he was a straight stalker and and she was trying to give him the brush-off by doing the flirtsy-flirt with you. All she wanted from you was to help kick this other dude to the curb.

Possible but no way. She's had a thing for me for over a year now. This is the first time it got this awkward though. |

no, i meant status. when you walk into a room that you've never been in. do you ask yourself, 'what am i here to do?' or do you look to other people for cues?

Well I tend to do my own thing, always have. I only look for cues if it's a necessity (say I go to some formal dinner that I have no clue what the formality is, so I watch how other people eat first, then eat). But if it's something that doesn't matter, I do what I consider should be done. |

Like today, she sits next to me in class (first time ever after over a year) along with some new guy who's probably just looking for some poon (the girl looks to be kinda slutty). She ended up paying more attention to me over stupid random during class, like her pencil making an annoying squeaky noise when she writes and she giggles and looks at ME, while I nod and smile just not to be rude, while her poon-seeking-friend looks at me like I'm stealing his "meal". Man I felt like the guy wanted to kick my ass or something. Stupid random crap like that happened at least 3 times during class, it was just so odd. Thing is I've never actually talked to her or anything, and was not intending to today either. Weird how they keep trying to send you "look at me, I'm so horny, get in my pants" signals. And she nudged my leg every now and then, I was like "holy crap, how desperate can you get".
Man, if only I could politely tell her somehow that I don't have a thing for village bicycles.
Forgot to add, that I quickly left class after. She probably didn't even see me leave. That's just my way of sending a message that there's no way in hell, but I think it might not be helping. Girls generally want what they can't have, is this not true? This is more of a rant than anything, because it's slightly annoying. |
