| Ha...ok i'm just kidding, I didn't declare bankruptcy lol. But I am about that much in debt. ing Providian with their platinum Visa...they keep raising my limit! It's up to $10k right now and another $3k on a gold card from my bank. Those bastards WANT me to be in debt :( |

I was close to maxing out that Providian at $5k...I had maybe a few hundred bucks left on it. Check my bill the next month, and lo and behold my limit has been increased! I'm so tempted to buy another cdj and a better mixer then burn the card :happy2: |

| my cash is my credit. but i really need to get one just "just in case times" i'm probably going to get a Southwest card. since i travel alot, i'm going to put money into my credit card account and pay my bills through the credit card. Go rapid reward points :D I'm all about free flights. Hell i even signed up for PeoplePC for 3 months so i get get 4 rapid reward points. at 16 points free round trip! |

I've got about a 30K credit line and a decent credit score 600ish
The last year I've suffered though, my limit stayed at 30K (thank god) and I've held about a 5K debt over the past year. My credit score is probably down to like 300 :sadface:
i guess its time to pay it off and rebuild it, hopefully by summer 06 i'll be back in financial freedom instead of financial anarchy.
Credit is essential, its great to establish it when you are young but its damn easy to fall victim to debt. Even the most paid professionals end up with imbalanced credit. I want a score of 750+ by 28yrs old with atleast a 7line limit (70K).
Go AMEX or Go Home!

i applied over the phone, but i do use mine online. amex protects me pretty well. |
