for me.. i only do it about once a year when i go to the 3 day party WEMF. i get soo ridiculaze that at the end of it i need a year to recover lol.

Nope, I was drunk the whole time, but no drugs. Not unless someone slipped me something :)
And UwolverineM it is by choice for me. I did a lot of drugs when I first moved out onto my own. I would go on 3-4 day benders just being all wigged out, drunk and whatnot. I had my fun, but I realized that the scene wasn't for me, so I stopped taking , and now here I am :D
I would say my life has improved 100 times over since I quit my shenanigans, but that can't be 100% related to it seeing as a lot of other factors were involved. |

Same here. I did them when I first moved out on my own, but I don't do them anymore. Haven't for years really. I just don't see the fun in it anymore, and figured in my life, there was no room for them when I "grew up."
Quite a few of my friends are still really heavy into pot, but that's them. It just isn't for me, I guess. Life choices, funny how they can change things. |

| I find pot seems to have a larger negative impact on one's life later on, dunno why, but all the people I know that are like 25+ and still stoners have no motivation, dead-end jobs, etc |

The ones I know are the same way. Although I don't know if I can say that it has MORE of a negative effect, since I know some people that are pharmed out and completely useless for months at a time.
I think what makes pot seem like it has more of a negative effect is how common it is to find someone that does it on an occasional basis. Almost like it's acceptable to most everyone.
I really don't know though. Anything done in excess seems to ruin people it seems. |
